Each of the custom home plans is unique and different. You can choose from Pacific Ocean views or Santiago Bay and the Lagoon de Juluapan. Some lots even have both! Floor plans are creative, imaginative and packed with special features and architectural surprises.

Nothing beats visiting in person and walking the property for yourself. Being here, seeing the views and getting a first-hand feel for the lay of the land will be an exciting experience you won't soon forget.

To start the process Online, be sure to read through the Frequently Asked Questions part of our website. Then visit the Buena Vista MASTER PLAN page under the Home Sites menu to get a feel for the layout of the streets and positioning of the homes on each of the lots. Once you determine the view and location you want you've taken the first step in an exciting process.

When you think you've found the location you want, visit the HOMES page where you'll find a list of homes by name and lot number and detailed information about them including square footages and key features. The homes shown on the website include fully enclosed two car garages, infinity edge swimming pools and many custom features that are already built into the pricing. Remember, you can personalize any of the homes in Buena Vista, even start from scratch if you want as part of the process. Although not shown on the website, Marabasco, our builder can build beautiful 3 bedroom homes with tropical hardwood cabinetry and large covered terraces that start in the low $200,000 USD.
