The Elevator Option

We believe that no one should ever have to sell their home because of mobility problems ... especially a home built for your retirement.

When setting the guidelines for the homes of Buena Vista we made sure we did two very important things.

First, we created many plans with the Master Suite on the main living level.

Second, we designed elevator shafts into plans that placed all the bedrooms on lower or upper levels. At the owner's option, a reasonably priced residential elevator can be included during construction. Or, with the shaft and electrical already in place, it can be easily added later, using the space as closets until a future time when an elevator might be desirable.
