You’ve chosen and purchased your lot in Buena Vista. 

Now comes the fun part.

Custom home packages start in the low $200,000 USD for 1,750 SF, three bedroom homes with hardwood cabinetry and large covered terraces.

You have several great choices for building your dream home.

The true magic of Buena Vista is in the 16 unique custom home designs. Each home is a beautiful blend of Spanish Colonial and Tuscan architecture and is carefully positioned on the lot to maximize the view potential and take advantage of the natural topography of the land while also protecting the views and privacy of your neighbors. 

  • If you choose to use Constructora Marabasco, S.A. de C.V., the premiere builder with a 30 year reputation for quality in Manzanillo, the beautiful custom plan already designed for your lot is included without charge.  Marabasco offers a full two-year quality of workmanship and materials bond on every home they build.  This is twice the length of any other builder in Manzanillo.
     
  • If you wish to make changes to the plan, we’ll be glad to work with you and the architects at Marabasco to customize it, even down size it.  A modest architectural design fee will apply for any changes you make to the design.
     
  • If you want to start with a clean slate, Ing. Luis Cervantes from Marabasco and your Buena Vista representative will work with you to design a home that will fit into the architectural image of the community while fulfilling your wish list for size and features.  Reasonable architectural fees will apply.
     
  • If you would like to use your own architect and builder, you are certainly welcome to do that too.
       
  • If you elect not to use the plan designed for your lot, the plans for your new home must be submitted to Buena Vista’s Design Review committee who will use the reasonable criteria in the development’s rules and regulations to assure that your new home will look and feel like it belongs and meets set-backs, height and placement on the lot requirements.

The designs shown below are 3 bedroom 3.5 bath homes that include fully enclosed two-car garages and infinity swimming pools.  Prices range from the low $400s to the low-$600s depending on the size of the home.  Optional fourth bedrooms with en suite baths and other bonus spaces are available on some plans. Although not shown below, Marabasco also offers beautiful, custom 1,750 SF floor plans with three bedrooms, hardwood cabinetry and large covered terraces in the low $200,000 USD.
