Some lots have Pacific Ocean views, others have views toward Santiago Bay and the twinkling lights of Manzanillo and Santiago at night. Two of the top premiere lots have views in both directions. A few of the lots have beautiful mountain and lagoon de Juluapan views.
The 4.4-acre site is located on a narrow portion of the Juluapan Peninsula
between the Pacific Ocean, Santiago Bay and Lagoon de Juluapan. One side
of the property shares a common boundary with the Vida del Mar
condominiums and their acres of well-manicured gardens. All utilities in
Buena Vista are installed underground.
The site is an entire hill that rises almost 130 feet (39.5 meters) above the lower road surface, which affords excellent water views to the homes.
Buena Vista consists of 17 lots, each approximately 8,395 square feet (780 m2). Unlike many developments with long, narrow lots, the planners have given much more street and view frontage to each lot. On the inside, there are more lineal feet of view, which enables more rooms to share in the dramatic scenery.
Many of the established trees and vegetation including our native Plumeria (Frangipani) were protected and preserved during construction, and are being supplemented with several varieties of palms, native hardwood trees like Primavera, Perota & Rosamarada and many types of flowering tropicals including Bougainvilleas, Halyconias, Crotons and Torch Ginger.
The massive Spanish Colonial Hacienda-style entrance with lush tropical landscaping features a huge Cantera stone fountain just inside the electronically operated gates. Here you’ll also find the visitor’s center, restroom and a small maintenance facility. The visitor’s center design allows it to be easily expanded and converted to quarters for live-in caretakers, if in the future the homeowners desire 24-hour on-site personnel.
A color video intercom security system mounted at the front gates and in each home allows Buena Vista owners to speak with friends and guests when they call and to open the gates from inside their home.
There are two wide, lighted and beautifully landscaped concrete paver streets in Buena Vista. Privada El Santuario, which leads past the entry fountain to lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 & Privada El Campanario, which leads to lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16
The center focal point at the top of the property is the beautiful Spanish Colonial/Tuscan style bell-tower. Residents and visitors can climb to the top of the tower for spectacular view of the area.
Lot 17 is being reserved for future construction of L’Spa, a beautiful 2,600 square foot (243 m2) facility designed in the Spanish Colonial/Tuscan theme and featuring a full service Day Spa including a gym, styling salon, massage rooms, whirlpool therapy bath and separate Sauna, shower and locker facilities for men & women. L’Spa can be accessed from either inside Buena Vista, or directly from four on-site parking spaces off Calle’ Nido de Aguilas. L’Spa is being offered as a land & business opportunity package including all design, construction & structural drawings. |
