The foundation for Villa Bahia Vista continues to rise. This week you can see the walls around the middle bedroom and bathroom level of the home.
Villa Buena Suerte’s main roof section above the living room, dining room and kitchen is being formed and will be poured in the week ahead. The walls around the Tuscan style stairway tower are at full height and will receive a gabled roof soon.
The entry courtyard into Villa Buena Suerte has a wall fountain on the left. This view looks toward the front door. Inside the foyer is another fountain with a glass door wall that opens to the view.
This is a view toward the edge of the infinity pool of Villa Buena Suerte. The covered terrace will have decorative columns supporting the tile roof.

The hillside in front of Vida del Mar’s office has had a 300 foot long Xora (Red Jasmine) hedge and over 250 bougainvillea planted along the lower rock retaining wall.
The pool shell and terrace level of house #9 was formed and poured this past week. The view is out into Santiago Bay.
House #7 received it’s Tuscan gabled roof on the stairway tower. Beautiful Cero de Toro and the Lagoon de Juluapan can be seen in the background

Villa Buena Suerte nears completion. The terracotta roof tile has been installed and finish exterior painting has begun.
Carpenters install the decorative beam-ends under the overhang of the tile roof.
Inside the home decorative beams and corbels have been installed in the living room and dining room areas.
A unique and intricate bow-pattern brick boveda ceiling has been completed in the master bedroom of Villa Bahia Vista.
The finish plasterwork has been completed on the pool shell for Villa Estancia and soon it will receive the glass mosaic cobalt blue tile the owner’s selected.
